New Bones ate Arfa Signature X Bass
We’re excited to announce a limited run of five X Basses, created in collaboration with Arthur Wilson of Bones Ate Arfa.
Following the success of Arthur’s custom X Bass built in June 2025, Maybury Guitars and Wilson teamed up to design a more accessible version that keeps the original’s look, feel, and powerful tone. Each bass features the same finish and body shape, premium electronics, and the Kent Armstrong Claymore Soapbar pickup for Arthur’s signature sound..
Arthur Wilson shared his excitement about the collaboration:

I honestly cannot recommend Maybury Guitars enough. I ordered a Reclaimed Fish Hook fitted with hand-wound PAF Sunbear pickups. Jason has been amazing with communication, sending me plenty of photos throughout the build and involving me at every step of the process.
