Maybury Artist - Jared Clayton

Jared Clayton is a an up and coming guitarist and musician who started playing guitar at the age of 13. Since picking up the instrument, Jared has developed a strong passion for playing and performing, eventually going on to achieve a Diploma in Guitar Performance from BN1 Arts.

Jared is currently the lead guitarist for Delirium, as well as playing bass for Aneiva, giving him the opportunity to explore both sides of the rhythm and lead guitar spectrum.

His playing is influenced by a wide range of artists, including Tom Morello, Jack White, Jimi Hendrix and Josh Homme, with his mentor Lee Martin also playing an important role in his development as a guitarist.

Jared's musical influences extend across alternative, punk and rock, with bands such as FIDLAR, Green Day and Nirvana among his favourites.

With a love of raw energy, distinctive guitar tones and expressive playing, Jared brings his own character and approach to everything he plays making him a great addition to the Maybury Artists family.
