Built with character from the very beginning, this Maybury Fish Hook T pairs reclaimed materials with carefully chosen components to create a guitar that feels as individual as it looks.

The body is crafted from reclaimed spruce and finished in a distressed blue-on-blue chalk paint, sealed beneath a clear polyurethane coat. The result is a finish with plenty of depth and texture, allowing the character of the timber to remain part of the story.

A stunning hand carved flamed maple neck is paired with a 25.5" bog oak fretboard, fitted with medium jumbo frets for a confident, effortless feel.

Hardware is equally considered, with a USA-made X Trem, roller bridge and vintage Kluson style tuners.

For the voice, we’ve fitted a matched set of Sunbear Pickups, a P90 in the neck and PAF humbucker in the bridge, giving the Fish Hook T a broad tonal palette, from open and articulate to warm, punchy and full of grit.

The electronics are kept beautifully simple and built with the same attention to detail: CTS pots, a Sprague Orange Drop capacitor and vintage-style cloth wiring.

Reclaimed timber, bold character and carefully chosen components, this Fish Hook T is unmistakably Maybury.
