The Saguaro Double Cut is a masterclass in tone and craftsmanship.

Built from a two-piece Black Limba body, it’s split into a top and back, chambered for resonance, and bound in clean white for a striking semi-hollow design. The neck is carved from African Wenge and paired with a beautifully figured ebony fretboard, also bound in white. With no front-facing inlays, only subtle side markers, the wood speaks entirely for itself.

This guitar is fitted with a custom-wound set of Sunbear PAF pickups. Overwound for added clarity and punch, they deliver 10k at the bridge and 8.5k at the neck, finished in aged nickel for a vintage look with modern performance. The pickups offer the soul of a classic PAF but with enough bite to push your amp into rich, saturated overdrive. The rest of the hardware comes from Gotoh aged, open-back tuners and matching bridge, chosen as much for feel as for reliability.

Under the hood, Bourns push-pull pots give seamless coil-splitting options, while a Hosco polyester film capacitor ensures smooth, responsive tone shaping. Combined with the natural resonance of the chambered Limba body, the result is something truly special, a guitar with warmth, character, and tone that just won’t quit.
